Digital Marketing Faculty / Trainer
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Faculty to join our team and deliver high-quality training to students. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and trends, along with a passion for teaching and mentoring aspiring professionals.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Course Delivery & Training :
- Design and deliver engaging lectures, workshops, and practical sessions on various digital marketing modules.
- Develop curriculum and course materials aligned with industry standards and trends.
- Provide hands-on training with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), email marketing platforms, and content management systems (WordPress, etc.).
2. Curriculum Development:
- Update and refine course content to keep it aligned with the latest digital marketing trends.
- Incorporate case studies, real-world projects, and practical assignments into the curriculum.
3. Student Mentoring & Assessment:
- Guide and mentor students to develop their skills and build portfolios.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and exams.
- Provide constructive feedback and support for continuous improvement.
4. Industry Collaboration & Research:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to ensure relevant and practical course content.
5. Workshops & Seminars:
- Conduct guest lectures, workshops, and seminars to enhance student exposure.
- Organize webinars and knowledge-sharing sessions with industry experts.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
- Strong knowledge of AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage, inspire, and motivate students.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing.
- Prior teaching or training experience is mandatory.
- Google, HubSpot, or Meta certifications are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in developing e-learning modules.
- Exposure to AI tools in digital marketing.
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and LMS systems.
